Detta kommer från och med nu vara en teamsida för sideways drifting team. Då det inte har fungerat som det var planerat med en driftblogg så skrotar vi den idén och kör en renodlad teamsida istället.
Teamet består av:
Andreas FluGan Jönsson
Robin Harry Herold

Paul Walker has died at the age of 40 after he was involved in a single-car accident and explosion in Santa Clarita, Calif., Saturday afternoon.
The actor, best known for his leading role in ”The Fast and the Furious” and its sequels, was reportedly in a Porsche with another person when the unidentified driver lost control and slammed the vehicle into a tree. The car burst into flames at the scene. Both were killed at the time.
”Sources close to Paul tell us he was in Santa Clarita for a car show to support the Philippines typhoon relief effort, and had been taking friends out for rides in his new Porsche GT,” reports TMZ. ”The accident happened during one of those test spins.”
“At the conclusion of the accident the vehicle struck a light standard and the whole car was burned,” a Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman told the Santa Clarita Valley Signal.
Universal Studios soon after released the following statement.
“All of us at Universal are heartbroken. Paul was truly one of the most beloved and respected members of our studio family for 14 years, and this loss is devastating to us, to everyone involved with the FAST AND FURIOUS films, and to countless fans. ”
Walker and the cast of ”The Fast and Furious” were in the middle of filming the seventh movie of the series.
Filming began in late September and was scheduled for a July 2014 release.
We here at Sideways.nu send our deepest and most sincere condolences to Paul’s friends and family
Scandinavian motorsport as we know it might not be around for long, every year more and more racetracks are forced to shut down or lower the amounts of events over the year, because of complaints from the neighbors.
the neighbors complain over the noise from the cars, bikes, gokarts and so on, if we don’t show our support to the local tracks, and help them fight the complaints from the neighbors. in our case if the close more and more drift tracks, I’m pretty sure that in a year or two and number of Street drifting event will rise !!!
so in short Support the motorsport

Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit played host to a new world record for longest vehicle drift last month as rally driver Adbho Feghali skidded his way into motoring history in a cloud of smoke and burning rubber.
Driving a Chevrolet Camaro SS, Adbho’s first attempt around the 260m round circuit proved unsuccessful.
But undeterred, the wheelman, who represents Red Bull’s racing division, doubled Wang Qi of China’s benchmark of 5,802m (19,035 ft 4.74 in) set at WDS (World Drift Series) in Tianjin, China in 2011.
Completing 43 laps in 14.28 minutes, Abu managed to clock up a skidtastic 11,180 m (36,679 ft 8 in) of continuous drifting.
Under GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS rules, any type of vehicle may be used for an attempt with a drift defined as being performed when there is a speed differential between the driven wheels of the vehicle and its ground speed.
The record was witnessed by Belly Karam, an eight-time Lebanese motor racing champion.
PS: vi mangler fotografer på Sjælland. men er du bosat andre steder i dk har vi helt sikkert også en plads til dig
